Security and confidentiality

Divorcemap handles sworn financial declarations. Here is exactly what happens to them.

Where your files go

Financial declarations you upload are stored on Base44, the platform Divorcemap runs on. An AI extraction model reads each file and pulls the figures into your case. The structured data and the original file are saved to your account.

The original file stays under your login until you delete it.

Who can see a case

Each case belongs to the account that created it. No other mediator, attorney, or couple using Divorcemap can open it.

Divorcemap administrators can access account data only when needed for support, security, billing, or legal reasons.

Deleting data

Deleting a case removes its record and its data from your account.

What we don't do

We don't train any AI model on your uploaded documents. We don't share them with other users. We don't sell your data.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Divorcemap never sees or stores your full card number.

Sessions

Signed-in sessions end automatically after 30 minutes without activity, with a one-minute warning first, so a case isn't left open on an unattended screen.
